I visited Speci-O-Dent for a dental appointment, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. The clinic booked my appointment and sent a WhatsApp reminder 30 minutes beforehand. The reminder included an option to reschedule if needed, which I found very convenient. Upon confirming the appointment, I received all the necessary details, including the clinic's Google Maps location. The location was easy to find.

The clinic was modern and well-equipped with all necessary facilities. One unique feature I appreciated was the doodle wall, which added personality to the space. At the clinic, I was advised to undergo a session of tooth cleaning, polishing, and two fillings.

Upon my arrival, the dental chair was prepared for me and was surprisingly comfortable. I was also given the option to choose a video to watch during the treatment, which helped create a relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Sneha and her assistant were exceptional throughout the procedure. Dr. Sneha performed the cleaning with great patience and care, guiding me to adjust my posture whenever necessary to ensure smooth access during the treatment.

The procedure went smoothly, causing no discomfort or sharp sensations. After the treatment, I received an e-prescription for future reference, which I found very thoughtful and efficient.

Overall, my visit to Speci-O-Dent was highly satisfactory. The attention to detail, patient care, and modern amenities provided a truly remarkable experience. A big thank you to Dr. Sneha and her team for their professionalism and kindness!
